Please note, this only applicable if your kit came with a RED Canbus Box.

1. Go to carsettings - factory settings - 16176699 - can type set . 

2. Choose SIMPLE from the first column, then choose the model and year closest to yours (doesn't have to be exact, as most mitsubishi models share the same canbus settings)

3. Ensure you choose something from all columns right to the end. 

- If that does not work, look for a tiny white 8 pin plug coming off our harness & make sure that it is connected to the back of the unit via the matching socket. 

 

If still nothing - go back into your CANBUS settings menu, and choose UNIVERSAL MODEL from the first column (instead of SIMPLE). Then, go to the SW LEARNING app on the head unit to manually program the controls. 


If that does not work - and you have tried all steps - send a photo of all connections to our team, and outline the issue.
