- Do you install?
At the moment, we do not currently offer an installation service. Our kits are sold as a complete plug and play solution, which means you will receive all required items for a straightforward, plug and play installation into your vehicle.
Most professional installers, will also be able to install our kits with no issues. We provide a 60 page user manual in the kit, custom to our products - which has plenty of setup info, troubleshooting steps, and further links to website help guides.
A popular alternative is to find an installer on an app called “Airtasker” - where you can post a job , and professionals can bid on your job. You can view their reviews, past work, and experience all via the app - which allows you to choose the best fit for you locally.
If you do choose to install yourself, and have any queries - our tech team is of course more than happy to help.
- Where are you located?
We are based in Australia, just available online at this stage. At present, we do not have a physical location available for customer pickup. We offer free shipping Australia wide over $50 - with tracking provided upon dispatch.
Is the external / extra microphone needed?
- Yes the external microphone is needed when installing any head unit in any vehicle, even if the vehicle has a factory mic. The factory mic is only compatible with the hands free system, so if you want good call quality and hands free quality - you will need to add our mic (search MIC and it will pop up)
- What is your processing / shipping times?
Generally we allow 3-7 business days for processing; as each kit is done up custom, tested, and inspected with our rigorous quality control processes. This ensures you are not only receiving a high quality kit ready to go, but it also allows us to offer our 2 year warranty to back our products.
Shipping generally takes 5-9 business days across Australia, which van vary and fluctuate during busy seasons or with courier delays. If you are in a rush, or have any queries - it’s always best to contact us prior to ordering.
- Is the factory microphone in my vehicle retained with your kits?
No, when installing any aftermarket head unit into your vehicle (including ours) - the factory microphone will no longer be functional. You will require the microphone on our site, if you want to use hands free and calls. Search MIC and it will pop up.
- Do you have any install videos?
No we do not . If you go to our help and setup tab on our website, and click installation instructions - there are some basic setup guides and model specific guides there. If you can’t find your model, please use the basic universal setup guide as the principles are much the same. If you do have any issues, don’t hesitate to reach out.
