If you notice the volume on CarPlay / ZLINK is quieter or louder than navigation or radio...go to carsettings - general - navi software settings scroll to the bottom and you can adjust the sound mixing.

You can also go to the default settings menu within carsettings and try changing the default volume.
 
This can also come in handy if you notice a volume drop or increase after finishing a phone call.
